My experience as a class representative (DR)
Students think that being a DR is the most difficult and boring work, but for me, it's complete fun because I love doing challenging things in my life. To become a good class representative (DR) you have to have a lot of dedication, leadership abilities, time and courage. Being a leader of people of your same age and mindset is not that easy as it seems to be. A class DR is like a father of entire class and he has to take the responsibility of the entire class. The class DR is a link between the class and the college management so he has to negotiate with the students and on the other hand the decision of students council should be accepted by the students. So, Everybody demands and expects a lot from their leaders. Since last 8 months being a class DR I am handling the responsibility of my class.
